I worked for Kofax for several years and had several different roles within the company. Including Inside Sales Management, Sales Engineer, and Alliance Manager. I learned much of what I know about partnering while working at Kofax. My direct management understood the value of the channel and was willing to invest in people and technology to insure we had the best all around offering. It helped that Kofax was, and remains, the industry leader in Document Capture hardware and software solutions. But it went beyond that in many ways and can be summarized in a few words - Kofax knew what it did well and worked extremely hard to insure they were the best in the world at delivering it predictably and repeatably.
