Volunteer work for REALNEO, a cooperatively-run community website for citizen empowerment, journalism, social networking, and everything- Northeast Ohio.
REALNEO runs on Drupal, an open-source content management framework built with php/MySQL.
I manage the Drupal install/configuration and the site's back-end: hosting, upgrades, functionality, scripting, server/database management, layout and design, security and stability, user support, and more, and share in the community's visioning for the site and cooperative.

Additionally developed a client website, and documented technical processes for training purposes.
Danka Services International was purchased by Pitney Bowes Management Services during the course of my employment.
