My involvement in the Telecom industry began in 1995 when Scott Hansen (still one of my current business partners) and I started a telecom consulting company called GCW Communication Consultants, LLC.

We began our existence contracting with LD carriers to resell their services and evolved the business to include contracts for operator services, cellular and local dial tone.

Together with a third business partner and long time friend (Chad Cota), we purchased a longstanding and reputable ISP in Southern Oregon in 2003 (InfoStructure) and began its transformation into a CLEC. We still have agent channel activities, but our current focus is building InfoStructure, it's client base and service offerings which now include traditional Local & Long distance phone service, Web Conferencing, Conference Calling, VoIP and SIP Trunking. InfoStructure also provides business and residential Internet services like DSL, Cable Modem, T-1, DS3, Fiber, Ethernet Over Copper, Private Line, MPLS, Web Hosting and Email.

Additionally, Scott and I took an interest in the drive-thru specialty coffee industry after witnessing its huge growth in Southern Oregon. We formed a new company and purchased the franchise rights for the Human Bean Coffee Drive-Thru in Reno, NV.
