I spent 15 years as an insurance adjuster for a medium-sized property and casualty company. This provided me tremendous insight in understanding customer needs and expectations, as well as working to meet deadlines.
During my time as an adjuster, I volunteered as an arbitration judge with Arbitration Forums. This experience taught me to carefully weigh all the information and to make an informed decision based upon the facts.
As an MBA student, I lead five different teams of classmates to success and earned a 4.0 GPA in the process, allowing me to graduate with honors. This experience taught me how to be a team leader, how to listen to my teammates, how to delegate tasks and how to report on the team's progress, as well as working under very strict deadlines.
As a Vice President of a small manufacturing company, I have to wear a number of hats -- everything from working the production line when we have a deadline to meet, to handling sales calls, working trade shows, and making executive decisions that affect my company and everyone that works there.
My goal with Neoptx is to help the company grow and expand into the Outdoor Sports market as well as solidify and increase its presence in the Safety and General markets.
Team leadership and management, organizational, arbitration, marketing, sales, promotion, advertising, research and communication skills, as well as an ability to think outside the box and creative development.
