Flash / Web Developer at Creative Circle
Dallas/Fort Worth Area
Currently, I work as a Flash and Web Developer for the Creative Circle, the Creative Group, and the Rowland Group. While at these agencies I've had the opportunity to develop dynamic Flash galleries, email marketing campaigns, and dynamic training modules at companies such as McAfee, Imaginuity Interactive, and Study Island. The most recent project I've worked on consists of creating 5 SCORM compliant dynamic Flash training courses for McAfee including 4 arcade style mini games to test the user's knowledge of the courses. My education includes a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Interactive Media Design and an Associate of Applied Arts Degree in Computer Animation.
I have over a year's worth of experience working for Greyhound, where I designed, developed, and created training, instructional, and awareness applications, videos, and games for distribution throughout Greyhound and parent company FirstGroup's offices and terminals across North America and Europe. Also while at Greyhound, I have developed a driver training website for new drivers using PHP and MySql. The site provides courses and practice quizzes for new drivers while keeping track of their scores for administrators of the site. Some of my past design and development experience includes working as a Web and Flash Developer for the Creative Group where I completed short term contracts for large companies like the Richards Group/Click Here. At InSite Interactive I was a Junior Technical Developer where I have worked with many on-line mediums including DHTML/XHTML/CSS, ColdFusion, PHP, MYSQL, JavaScript, Flash, CMS Desk, and XML. Throughout my career, I have become very proficient with Flash and it's scripting languages ActionScript 2/ActionScript 3 in conjunction with creating dynamic sites and games that utilize XML to place images, text, animation, and video on screen.
