I am a strategy maker, a problem solver, and a team builder. I have been the CEO / President of two $50+ million businesses, as well as an entrepreneur, having founded four companies.

I ran and grew a western U.S. family-controlled real estate development and equipment distribution company, and ran and sold a LBO of a national retail and service provider company.

I was a bulge-bracket Wall Street investment banker and was a highly successful mid-market investment banker for 15 years, working with public and private companies owned and controlled by families and private equity groups. I am an expert on mergers and acquistions, capital formation and strategic planning.

I have started, built, grown, managed, bought and sold businesses for myself and for others. I have extensive experience in a variety of industries, including real estate development, consumer services, business services, retail and restaurant, manufacturing, distribution, software and financial services.

I have a long and proven track-record of creating wealth -- for my partners, my backers, my clients, my employers, my colleagues, and myself. I do so with the principles of group teamwork, personal responsibility, ethical management, customer-centrism, intense dedicated effort, and creative fun.

I am seeking introductions to opportunities where I can apply my managerial and capital appreciation skills as a partner and investor for closely-held businesses, on behalf of family and professional / PE owners.
