Jeff was honored to lead Big Brothers Big Sisters through five great years. During that time, thousands of children were matched to mentors with 100% safety and nationally recognized effectiveness. Further, program staff retention hit an all time high, eclipsing national averages in the field by four-fold. In addition, the agency experienced four net surplus years, financially, and grew to reach 20% more children annually. Jeff left behind a great team who he believes will make the next five years even more successful.
