Jeff McCord currently resides in Dallas, TX. He grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and went to college at The University of Tulsa. After obtaining his BSBA in Marketing in 1999, Jeff began working as a recruiter for TEKsystems, Inc. He worked in the Tulsa office for 5 years.
In 2004, Jeff decided to move to Dallas where he transferred to the TEKsystems Dallas office and became a Sr. Recruiter. Towards the end of 2006, Jeff decided to change direction in his career and recruit on the corporate side of the business. He joined imc2, a top-10 digital advertising agency as a Corporate Recruiter in December 2006. Jeff had the opportunity to hire over 300 people at imc2 with the help of his recruiting partners. In July of 2008, Jeff accepted a Sr. Recruiter position with Fossil where he recruits for their IT, Finance/Acctg and E-Comm divisions.
Jeff has placed all levels of talent including executive level to administrative level. He has over 10 years of recruiting experience (staffing and corporate) as well as a strong passion in social networking/social media to find top-notch talent. He's a hands on recruiter and leads the recruiting process full cycle with any candidate he's currently recruiting. Jeff has a strong network and believes that proactive recruiting is what fills positions with the best candidates.
