Search Engine Optimization Engineer at Razorfish (A Microsoft Company)
Greater Philadelphia Area
For the last 12 years, the internet has been my passion. From the early days of using Netscape 2.0 to the current modern day mobile devices, I have studied the fine art of cross-browser compatibility. As a leader of the local grassroots web standards movement and the founder of the Philadelphia Standards Organization, I have set my self apart from the crowd of web developers in the area.
I have taken my knowledge of proper coding techniques and applied them to pages as small as a micro-site, all the way up to enterprise level portal systems. My development methodology meets and exceeds the strict accessibility guidelines set forth by the U.S. governments Section 508 mandate. By adhering to these guidelines, I also ensure the technical backbone for optimal Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
My strengths include, but are not limited to XHTML, CSS, ASP, VB, ASP.NET, PHP, Unobtrusive JavaScript, MS/My SQL, XML, XSLT, RSS, Accessibility, Usability, Email Marketing, Content Management Systems, Blogging, Portals, and the Mobile Web Experience.
Founder of the Philadelphia Standards Organization, a grass roots collective of designers, developers, and internet consultants with the prime objective of educating and promoting the use of Web Standards in the Philadelphia region.
