I am an entrepreneurial executive with a successful track record for delivering high quality, impactful user experiences to both broad range and niche audiences.
Deeply committed to a User Experience approach to solving design/product decisions, while having the insight and experience to view this through a Product lens.
My focus has been in the understanding and analysis of social media. By targeting on this area of the web for the last 5+ years, I've been able to see and generate ideas that are ahead of the curve rather than playing catch up with those that have gone before.
In the end, it's about getting great products out the door. In my experience with large organizations such as Yahoo!, my greatest assets are the ability to manage and mobilize the right people to get the job done. With smaller organizations, it's being able to be communicate ideas with my team and being able to act on them.
User experience design and strategy. Unhealthy love affair with the internet.

Responsibilities included the development of creative strategies for products that solved user needs and business goals.
Ability to look at and analyze the big picture to clearly define the problem space and develop conceptual models and prototypes in collaboration with colleagues. Lead visual design team to execute compelling looks based on these ideas.
Another important aspect of my role was the career development of my staff. I strove to improve their skills and ensure they were given opportunities to extend their range.
Working at Yahoo! gave me the opportunity to develop products and concepts that have wide range implications to the larger web community.
