A Caribbean resort chain providing unique resort properties and real estate ownership vehicles marketed internationally. During my tenure as a Vice President, I positively led the sales and marketing teams, developing the resort brand, all sub-brands and sales. Achieved over US $8 M in annual revenues in less than 3 years. I also lead the brand initiative and platform for the real estate products which have produced US $9 M annually for the past 3 years. The A.S.H.L – Adult Safe Hockey League, the largest adult recreational hockey league in North America, a partner of Ice Sports multiplex facilities. A.S.H.L. provides over 85% of revenues for Ice Sports. Premier Hockey League, directed by the A.S.H.L also operates and co-ordinates alternate location leagues outside of Ice Sports contributing to 15% of annual revenues. I was responsible for coordinating the Ontario division for sales, operations and management while collaborating with the other Provincial Managers for the national programs. I successfully achieved an annual revenue production and AR collection of $2.5M exceeded revenue quota annually sales by 20%. Effectively managed and implemented multiple marketing campaigns and annual sales and marketing budgets. Other responsibilities included sponsorship sales, development of local, regional and national events.
