With over 20 years of executive search, staffing, consulting, and management experience, my firm (www.theadkinsgroup.com) has provided nationwide executive search and recruitment consulting services to a number of organizations, large and small, from start-ups to Fortune 100’s. I have successfully completed numerous searches at the executive-level and below, and have provided consulting support (in the areas of staffing strategy, recruitment, and retention) to clients such as Dell, Sprint, Varian Medical Devices, Intel, Sun, Cisco, Microsoft, AMD, Spansion, Mentor Graphics, Tellabs, Analog Devices, Amphenol, and Motorola/Freescale, to name a few.
I am entering my 14th year in the executive search/recruiting arena--I have an extensive background and track record in business and management. This experience has provided me with excellent insight into the organizational needs of The Adkins Group clients. Before founding The Adkins Group, I was a Senior Partner of an Austin, Texas-based, nationwide executive search firm, and, before that, was a top-performing Executive Search Consultant at a technology-focused search firm, also based in Austin.
I earned my B.S. degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, and a Masters Certificate in Human Resource Management from St. Edwards University. I am a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
