14 years of experience in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury, No-Fault and Uninsured Motorist Law, Subrogation, Medical Insurance Coverage Disputes and general Contract litigation.

I am formerly associated with AutoOne Insurance, as Managing Counsel, and Travelers Insurance, as First Party Legal New York Regional Coordinator. In those positions, I was responsible for the management and organization of the No Fault case handling structure that serves as the template for the defense of first party claims.

In addition, I have managed and prepared many cases which have established the benchmark for the defense of No-Fault arbitrations and suits and investigating fraud.

I have presented seminars and round table conferences to insurance company staff and other attorneys on diverse topics such as Examinations Under Oath, Using Evidence at Uninsured Motorist Hearings and Arbitrations, and Insurance Coverage issues.

l have also represented clients who have suffered serious injuries in motor vehicle, slip and fall and construction accidents.

Currently a Court-Appointed Receiver and Guardian Ad Litem.

I am available for per diem court appearances, EBT's and Examinations Under Oath in Suffolk, Nassau and Queens Counties.
