As CEO of a 400 employees educational institution, he enjoyed to boost the Gross Margin (+25%) of this entity in less than 2 years. For 6.5 years (1999 to 2005), he was Corporate e-Business Manager for STMicroelectronics (WW). As such, he contributed to the definition of new marketing approaches involving IT as well as System-to-System process definitions with RosettaNet and other XML consortia. One of his focus is e-Marketing including Search Engine Marketing and 1to1 marketing. He played the role of evangelist toward advanced Marketing approaches. JC is the author of 5 best seller books targeting VP Marketing,CIO, DSI and other C* level executives covering various aspects of the e-Business and marketing paradigms. Jean-Claude holds a Ph.D. in Management. As side activities he remains professional ski instructor, teacher and author.
