Design, delivery and evaluation of equality and diversity training across the organisation from Executive Directors' specific training, Equality Impact Assessment training for policy writers and Frontline Awareness for all staff.

Project lead for Equality and Diversity roll out including Trainer Training across the Trust.
Project Two: Knowledge and Skills Framework
Design and delivery of Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF) training for 1800 employees plus 'bolt-on' Appraisal Skills training for line managers. This enabled me to fully understand the structure and application of large scale, competency-based performance frameworks and the intricacies of rolling out such a system across a large organisation.
