My professional experience is vast, spanning across 3 continents over the past three decades. Starting in the customer service industry at 14 whilst I finalized my studies, in 1984 I received my degree in Computer Engineering and Robotics.
I designed my career in customer service within the IT sector, specializing in Project and Transformation Management as a senior executive in the North American computer retail industry.
In 1991 I relocated to Europe (Portugal) to expanded my knowledge and experience through product development and best practice sharing throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa in companies such as Reuters & Sun Microsystems as Director of Customer Services.
In 2003, I initiated my first entrepreneurial venture by founding an Interim Executive Management company based in Portugal specializing in increased strategic effectiveness. I transformed under performing cost centers in Sun Microsystems & Hewlett Packard into +40% gross margin market leading business units.
I have exercised my Strategic Management niche practices serving the Entrepreneurs Organization (www.eonetwork.org), as well as the Young Presidents Organization (www.ypo.org).
As a certified Strategic Facilitator I empower individuals, groups & teams by helping them identify (or clarify) their Core Values, align these with Mission & Vision to establish strategic planning and execution.
