A member of Ernst & Young's Programme Advisory Services practice, Julian's recent accomplishments include mobilising a pan-European cost-reduction programme for a major insurance company and successfully directing a programme to ensure a major Wall Street investment bank is MiFID compliant. He has recently been advising a major card issuer on their multi-million dollar pan-European SEPA / PSD Programme and is now leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a major compliance related programme for a large insurer.
Prior to joining EY, he was a key member of the senior management team that built MBNA's Spanish credit card operation from launch to a profitable business in less than 4 years.
