Pakistan - October 2007 - February 2008 - Managed nationwide political party polling agent program, training over 500 master trainers from nine political parties and through them distributing over half a million polling agent manuals to enable to political parties to monitor the elections more effectively.
Iraq – March 2004 – August 2007 – Worked with political parties and candidates in Baghdad and the Kurdish region in advance of elections. Lead an Iraqi study mission to Canada to observe the 2004 parliamentary elections. Managed the regional office in the Kurdish region of northern Iraq.
Morocco – January – October 2003 - Worked with Moroccan political parties to develop their message and tested it with Moroccan focus groups; conducted over 40 focus groups for political and civic groups.
Yemen – March - December 2002 - Worked with the ruling party, the Socialists and the Islamists political parties in the seven major cities of Yemen to develop strategy and prepare for the parliamentary elections.
Russia - 1997 – 2000 - Consulted with political leaders and candidates on party building and election campaign methods; developed training seminars on campaign techniques, strategic planning for political parties, direct voter contract, and monitoring elections in preparation for regional and parliamentary elections.
