E. J. "Jay" Williams, Jr. is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Jay Williams Group (TJWG), an international marketing and management consulting firm which provides services to broadcasting, media, film, corporate, government and faith-based clients. In this role, he had responsibility for sales, marketing, advertising, program development, promotion, public relations, research, strategic planning, new ventures and corporate development. Was recruited back to company to revive the business. Under his leadership, he grew the company from one network to four networks serving 400+ radio station affiliates and over 25 million listeners a week.
