I am a senior New Business Development & Lead Generation Expert, currently working for a specialist demand creation agency in Birmingham, focusing on identifying strategic opportunities and establishing key business relationships for our clients. I work within a small team of Business Development Managers, generating highly qualified new business appointments. I have well over 9 years worth of experience in telemarketing and new business creation.
My key skills revolve around Telemarketing, I specialise in generating highly qualified new business appointments in the IT B2B market. I have experience in taking forward some of the most complex telemarketing propositions, identifying real sales opportunity, qualifying the prospect, gathering a keen understanding their specific requirements then closing the opportunity for a new business meeting.
From IT software / Services, including ERP, BI Tools, Network Technology to Telecoms, B2B Mobile Communications, Managed Services, Consultancy and Financial propositions. Working for a large FTSE 250 organization based in the business centre of Birmingham located upon the Hagley Road my duties within this position included; Liaising directly with existing customers with the intention to either up sell on our existing products or cross sell with another product within the division of Fidelity Information Services Europe.
