123mainstreet.com are websites built specifically for individual homes for Realtors. The automated process allows agents to create these websites in minutes at a cost of $45 for the year.

Real Estate on the web AKA: Connecting Neighbors started in the summer of 2000 and quickly proved to be effective for Realtors to become the neighborhood specialist. In the spring of 2001 Jay & Lynn joined forces with YASNY and with their help built the sales force from 3 to over 40 in a matter of 3 months.
In 2002, Jay received the Innovator of the Year award from Inman News. Inman News publishes a twice daily newsletter and is reconized as the leader in industry news.
Prior to selling the company in 2004 to Reply, Inc. Connecting Neighbors had grown to over 10,000 neighborhood websites across the country.
