As a QA consultant to Sallie Mae's e-commerce group, I review and approve content, functionality, and look and feel on several of the company's major Internet properties including SallieMae.com, Sallie Mae Ed Trust, Sallie Mae UK, and Nellie Mae.com. A significant portion of my review focuses on accessibility issues. I also create and edit content with Microsoft CMS and work on the user manual supporting the group's implementation of CMS.
