Alongside a concentration of Fashion Industry clients and issues, the firm handled a variety of matters in litigation, arbitration and appellate court forums and counseling clients in contracts and merchandise disputes.

After building a textile business, from 1994 through 2005, Jay took the New Jersey Bar Exam and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar. He handles clients and matters in both New York and New Jersey.

As a boon to his clients, since 1994, Jay has been entrepreneurial executive who built a domestic textile business from the ground up to annual sales of ten million dollars. He has managed sales in major markets nationwide such as Los Angeles, Miami and Dallas and been the account executive on key accounts of all sizes, such as Quiksilver, The Hochman Group, Bloomingdale's, Anna Sui, Arizona Mail Order/Crosstown Traders, Apparel Ventures and Wrapper. He has regularly traveled to all markets making sales presentations while building and maintaining long term relationships with suppliers and contractors. Refined consultative skills led to a fast understanding of the supply chain, costing and the technical aspects of production.
