Breakdancer, turned Martial Artist, turned Stuntman, turned Actor, turned Gymnastics Coach, turned Web Developer, turned Animator. That was my path of action if you will into animation. I tried many things but ultimately ended up doing the thing I love the most. Fortunately everything I've done in the past has helped to strengthen what I'm doing now. Motion, timing, acting, body mechanics, having a previous hands on knowledge of a lot of these things has helped my animation a lot.
Being a martial artist and gymnastics coach has given me a unique look and knowledge of body mechanics and motion in general. On top of that, working with kids for 12 years has been nice to give me a real good grasp on acting and performance, and of course tossing inhibitions out the door to act like a big idiot for the ultimate purpose of great reference.
