Mr. Ayers is experienced in handling a wide range of litigation matters, and strives to apply his experience to help individuals, families, and small businesses faced with a legal crisis. Over the course of his career, Mr. Ayers has successfully litigated over 1000 cases, has tried over 150 cases to verdict, and has handled 20 or more appellate matters including writing the briefs for a landmark U.S. Supreme Court appeal which changed the law of arbitration. Mr. Ayers has represented clients in over 100 venues across Alabama and Tennessee. He has lectured to various professional groups and published materials in the areas of personal injury trial and settlement, trial evidence, expert witnesses, trial practice and presentation, arbitration, and employment law. He is a certified arbitrator for the Association of the Better Business Bureau, and a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.

While in college he was selected as a scholar for the Mershon Center for International Studies, received the Summa Academic Achievement Award, and was placed on the President's List. During his Junior and Senior years he was employed by the Ohio House of Representatives where he worked to help constituents who had questions or problems with state agencies.
