Mr. Deragon also oversaw all the financial affairs of the corporation and is one of the original founders and investors in XSVoice. Mr. Deragon also managed the identification and recruitment of all resources required to insure the organizations long-term success. XSVoice launched hundreds of mobile audio offerings including NASCAR In Car Audio, Fox News Live, ESPN Radio, Disney Radio, dozens of live music stations and a host of other premium mobile content in numerous categories. XSVoice was sold to a public firm in 2005.

    • Worked with leading web companies such as IBM, CMGi and Microsoft to research and devise web initiatives aimed at developing a "Risk Exchange and Knowledge Portals".

The organization conducted customer satisfaction research and published the first ever "Quality Report Card" on the P&C Insurance industry and conducted workshops throughout the United States and abroad.

    NRM worked with the American Trucking Association and the top 100 manufacturers and suppliers to the transportation industry. In collaboration with a non profit initiative called 'MEGASafe", NRM developed management training and educational programs for the transportation industry centered aound the teachings of W. Edwards Deming. The final product, called MEGASafe" was endorsed by President Ronald Reagan, the American Trucking Association and written up in Fortune Magazine. My duties included organizational oversight, public speaking, testimony before congress and overall product development.
    Sold the business to Willis in 1989.
