Managed the Media campaign of HSBC's Board visit to Hyderabad for the inauguration of its H2 facility, Training Centre and the Madhapur Mandal School (a HSBC - CSR initiative) on a single day. This was the first ever board visit in the 150-yr-old history of HSBC in India.
Identified community projects for HSBC to sponsor, in line with strategic focus on education and community. Built awareness of community initiatives with staff and drove programmes with staff to add value, build team spirit and raise HSBC’s image in public.
Generated presentations for the Senior Management Team to portray HSBC as the “Employer of Choice” in line with the “Discover the Real You” concept across couple of Indian Universities.
Successfully managed the complex project of “Voices 2006” - an employee satisfaction survey, in which 22,000 employees of HSBC GR across 5 countries participated. Planned and implemented all facets of this project; achieved an overall response rate of 94%.
