Jason W. Womack, M.Ed., M.A.’s Summary
I am an avid practitioner who earned two Master's degrees after studying US History and Spanish Literature as an undergraduate student at the University of California (Berkeley, Santa Barbara, San Diego campuses).
I earned my Masters Degree in Education degree to understand how to teach. Years later, I went back to school to earn a Master’s Degree in Psychology to find out how people most effectively learn. I get to apply this wealth of knowledge to corporate learning environments to help solve the day-to-day challenges of work/life balance in an era of increased personal accountability.
As an executive coach, I provides practical methods to maximize tools, systems and processes to achieve quality work/life balance. I have worked with leaders and executives for over 14 years in the business and education sectors. My primary focus is on creating ideas that matter and implementing solutions that are valuable to the organization and the individuals in those organizations.
I also succeed in the health and wellness areas of my life. While traveling worldwide, I train and compete regularly as an age-group triathlete. Since 2000, I have completed three 1/2 Ironman distance races, several half-marathons and several smaller triathlons around the United States. Amazingly, I consistently place in the top 10% of my age group in both 5K and 10K races. In July, 2007 I earned first place in my age group at the Pt. Mugu Naval Base Admiral’s Cup Triathlon. My 2007 PR for the ½ marathon distance race is 1:32:40.

Founded in 2007 as a corporate consultancy, the Womack Company delivers products and services that enhance personal and professional performance. As a "Quality Life" is a topic most people struggle with, we work with clients to identify tools and strategies to ensure their goals fit their performance on a daily basis.
According to a survey conducted by the Opinion Research Company, more than 85% of people admitted they worked more hours every week last year. In fact, many clients claim their workload and stress increased with corporate expectations while training of the skills and tools to manage their work have not advanced.
Our goal is to provide you with the tools to perform WHO you are … not just do what you have to do.
