AIS is the largest provider of contracted IT services to Arkansas county government, with 300+ contracts in 70 of the 75 counties and over 1000 users. Services include servers, networking equipment, cabling, and custom written software applications and databases, along with installation, training, and support of daily operations. We served as the CIO and IT Department for most of our counties, working with the elected officials to develop a strategic IT plan for each office, budget planning, RFP writing, justification papers for presentation to county Quorum Courts for client budget approval, and acted as county technical contact for interfacing with state departments.
