Jason Holcomb

Jason is a Senior Security Consultant for Lockheed Martin’s Energy & Cyber Services business. He has 10+ years of experience in security consulting and research with a focus on Industrial Control Systems. He provides penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and secure architecture design for clients in multiple critical infrastructure industries including oil and gas, electric, and nuclear power. He has performed research for Lockheed Martin and Department of Energy projects, developed security tools and assessment techniques, and contributed to industry publications and conferences – all with a focus on cyber security for Industrial Control Systems used in critical infrastructure.

As part of the DOE-funded Bandolier project, Jason led the development of security baselines for control system applications from vendors including ABB, Alstom Grid, Emerson, OSIsoft, Siemens, and Telvent.
