Responsible for managing multiple ecommerce Technology deliverables. The first initiative was producing the High Level Design deliverable as part of a $190 million Credit Card Regulatory initiative. The systems impacted are online banking, mobile, and credit card platforms. The second initiative is a $6 million Merrill Lynch transition project. The systems impacted are Web Bill Pay and Account Aggregation (My Portfolio) services. Both are products within the online banking platforms for Bank of America and Merrill Lynch client accounts.
