Direct the Professional Services Group (PSG) consisting of 15 employees. This group is responsible for launching all new customer sites, developing custom software, and providing ongoing custom care and support. Conduct performance reviews, hiring and provide mentoring for team members.
Led the development of support website with ticket-tracking system, project management processes, customer support philosophy, and new employee training. Provide technical direction for solution architects and developers. As part of the senior management, I report directly to the President on the Professional Services business unit which accounts for approximately 45% of KAVI’s annual revenue.
While my primary responsibilities are management, KAVI is still a small company. I retain a small number of customers relationships, manage some of the more challenging projects, and continue to contribute as programmer, designer and information architect to help my team members be successful.
