I'm very proud of my team for delivering a high quality, high performance system that users love and "just works". It was (and still is) a huge success.

These were the early days of my career and I held many positions. One of my first projects right out of college was to lead, design and maintain a new tax software product called HotForms. These early years set me up to be a leader, mentor and software architect. They gave me the opportunity to meet a lot of great people. I’m also proud to be a key player in building a multi-million dollar company that ranked in Inc Magazine's Top 500 fastest growing companies 5 years consecutively.
