I was responsible for technical and functional documentation, development, and maintenance of various ASP.NET based custom software applications and Titan CMS implementations. Projects included:
* Performing technical lead duties for a major upgrade to the CMS infrastructure of a key life insurance underwriter’s agent extranet. This project was a 12 month engagement that included technical and functional documentation, technical lead of 2 internal resources as well as 3 on-site customer resources, development, testing, and peer code reviews. The extranet serves over 30,000 agents as well as hundreds of home office employees.
* Created an online searchable Property Assessment application for a municipality in the Milwaukee metro area. Users of this application can now view assessment data by tax key or address, creating a better overall user experience and eliminating the need to contact the assessor’s office for property assessment information.
