I worked on assisting the company's overall recruiting capacities by injecting some creativity into the process; wrote two comprehensive sourcing and referral strategy proposals, started to develop a company Facebook recruiting page, and explored leveraging LinkedIn and other Web 2.0 applications to increase the company's presence in an increasingly competitive job market. My efforts saved ICW Group in excess of $150,000 in direct hire fees.

Led local efforts (attended college job fairs, networked with university career center directors and department heads) in college recruiting, recruiting candidates from local, regional, and out-of-state universities.

Worked with staffing manager to develop short- and long-term staffing plans, and assisted with developing strategy for college recruiting.
