Architect/Developer on BRFs software solution for "elektronisk tinglysning". Due to the reform BRF (and other institutions) must develop web-service clients to communicate with the web-services provided by "domstolstyrelsen". These web-services are based on OIOXML and SOA, which BRF has chosen to implement on the .NET platform using agile development principles and SCRUM.
"Tinglysning" is the (only) official way in Denmark for registering rights and ownership (typically in relation to mortgage-backed securities)
"Elektronisk tinglysning" is the first "tinglysning"-reform since 1551. The reform states that from march 2008 "tinglysning" shall be done digitally via the provided web-services. There is more about the "elektronisk tinglysning" projekt on http://www.domstol.dk/e-tl
