My experience in Japan and America has been working as a professional Career Search Specialist with my company at Japanese-Experts.com. As a Career Search Specialist, I work with clients in seven key areas. The emphasis on each depends on their goals and objectives. The type of work they seek. And, the salary they deserve.

The key areas are: Interviewing practice for either the Japan, or American locations. Cultural knowledge lessons and what you do and do not do in the interviews. Resume editing and rewriting. Resume distribution and contact with our network. Finally, preparation and positive feedback sessions in terms of role-playing mock interviews.

My goal is to assist job hunters spend less time searching for a job, and more time working in their new careers. In the end, they are spending less time sitting at their computers for hours sending out resumes and hoping to get just one interview. Trying to get the job is the most stressful time for everyone who's ever job hunted.

In addition, I'd also like to help my clients understand Japan or America in terms of the people they will be meeting in interviews I set up for them. As a Career Search Specialist, I know what it's like to worry about searching for a job and survival in a new country. I understand what it's like to put in long hours sending out resumes and wonder what happened to them since you didn't get a response.

I'm here to help them change all that. I distribute their resumes, make the contacts, and we set up your interviews for them. My clients work with me - together to define their goals and objectives, and get you the interviews in Japan, or America. I put in place the necessary systems, strategies, and knowledge that will allow my clients to turn your job hunt into a great career in Japan or America.
