Jan Yuill’s Summary

From organizational consultant, to author, to business leader, I have been committed to creating vibrant and remarkable organizations. I provide simple, but powerful tools for understanding and balancing organizational priorities so that outcomes are achieved in effective, efficient, economical, and environmentally responsible ways.

I draw on over 30 years of experience as an organization development consultant, group facilitator, and management trainer, with government, private sector, and non-profit organizations. I am a regular contributor to professional conferences, newsletters, workshops, and special initiatives.

Since the spring of 2005, I have focused my efforts on:

1. teaching 'people of influence' in organizations to understand organizational dynamics in a simple, yet comprehensive way, so that they can take their results to the next level!
2. equipping organizational change and development practitioners to use the Organizations Alive! Model in their work with clients and colleagues
3. creating resource materials to support my colleagues and clients in the use of the Organizations Alive! Model.
4. building a support and learning network of Organizations Alive! Practitioners
