Created and run several first-time VC partnership initiatives around open platforms with dozens of firms and start-ups, with emphasis in China and US geographies. Also been Partner at North American cross-border VC firm.
A technologist for about 20 years, holding 20+ patents, revenue-generating product designs, and first-time partnership initiatives. Led industry-wide initiatives such as the first quantified chip design industry roadmap. Led IBM's efforts in adaptive communications research. Prior stays in DEC, LSI Logic, Accenture, Carnegie Mellon, and Electricite de France.
