I am passionate about process standardization and lean manufacturing. I have worked closely with management teams in varies printing companies towards improving efficiency by reducing production cycles and maximizing press production capacity by means of lean manufacturing practices. I have collaborated closely with printing companies during technological transformations by providing technical training, supporting team building and benchmarking processes.

With an extensive work experience as a press demonstrator, technical trainer and press operator, I have organized and delivered technical training programs in many printing companies in Canada, as well as in countries such as Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Brazil, Paraguay and Chile.

My professional desire is to combine my technical expertise in printing equipment with a sound understanding of large-scale production processes and the challenges associated with senior positions.

I am qualified and prepared to troubleshoot printing problems associated with the use of new raw materials and chemical products and I can organize and deliver technical training programs on latest Heidelberg and MAN Roland presses.

As a press demonstrator and technical trainer I can convey prospective customers a good understanding and appreciation of equipment capabilities and deliver on-site effective hands-on training to press operators both, in groups or individually.
