Eight years in Retail Management in the UK before moving to Spain in 1980 to set up a Spanish operation for the company Windsmoor/Planet. From 1995 involved in the English Language Teaching profession, and took over Windsor Idiomas in 1999.

We have focused on developing Windsor Idiomas into a prestigious language school promoting quality language training in an extremely competitive sector which is beset by many unqualified and unprofessional participants.
Our vision is to contribute to and become actively involved in the quest for higher standards in corporate language teaching in Madrid.

Small Business Coach since September 2007 with "The Coaching Academy" UK.

From May of 2009 involved in launching Shirlaws Coaching in Spain. As a qualified business coach and experienced business owner of 10 years, Shirlaws presents an interesting challenge.
