Ms. Ginn has over 20 years of international business experience in engineering consulting, and high technology. She has been responsible for developing strategic alliances with partners between U.S., Asian, and Latin American firms; supporting mergers and acquisitions programs; and managing total corporate operations including information technology, marketing & communications and government affairs/regulatory compliance programs.
She served from 1994 through 2001 as an advisor on international trade to five Secretaries of the U.S. Department of Commerce. She also served 5 years as a member of the Washington District Export Council (DEC) and now serves on the Arizona DEC.
She holds a Masters degree in Regional Planning from Washington State University. She also holds an Applied Information Technology Certificate from the Information Technology Institute (ITI). She is member of the faculty of the University of Phoenix and teaches in the Undergraduate Business, Graduate Business and Information Science and Technology programs. She is also a former Fellow of the Institute for Resource Management.
