MD and Owner, Tourist Republic Ltd
Ireland
I am the founder of Tourist Republic. TouristR allows people to plan and book trips online. Our plans for 2008 will see the development of a semantic trip planner that allows people to interactively build their perfect trip. Our vision is to combine our existing travel social network and the semantic trip planner. A mix between a tourist office site and a booking site where users can read travel stories, see practical information, explore and share trips, photos and videos.
I have 10 years experience in sales and in the marketing of new ideas and concepts. I love to meet unconventional people, discover new places and drink good wine.
