I have worked in the IT industry since 1983, and have built up a wealth of both business and technical experience during that time.

I have been trading as Cipherweb since 1998 and provide web design and development services, primarily for small and medium sized businesses. I also to provide freelance web development services to other agencies and designers. I often collaberate with other professionals to provide the correct skill mix for a specific project.

Most of my business comes from client referral and recommendation, hence I don't tend to advertise.

Cipherweb is based in Buxted, which is near Uckfield in East Sussex (England) and has clients in all parts of the local area (East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent, Surrey), as well as further afield in all parts of the country.

    Thankfully during my time at the Revenue, we upgraded to more "State of the Art" IBM mainframes, I was heavily involved in re-writing the systems to run on the new machines.
