Jennifer is an APMG-Registered Consultant in Project and Programme Management (PPM) and in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
She performs various activities in the Outperform portfolio. These include conducting P3M3 assessments and helping organisations embed best practice in portfolio, programme and project management.
As well as chairing the Board of Directors, Jennifer assisted Erlang Solutions in improving its systems development processes.

Providing consultancy usually as a single person on programme and project management and on the improvement of business and systems development processes. Clients range from large organisations in the public and private sector, e.g. Department for Work and Pensions, British Airways, UBS Investment Bank, to SMEs , e.g. a small 4-person education consultancy. Many short term assignments from 1 to 20 days to longer term associations up to 10 years.
Jennifer led the development of DSDM from its inception. She defined the basic architecture of the method and created a fair proportion of the content over the years in collaboration with experts from across the agile world.
The Chairman of the DSDM Consortium stated in his foreword to Version 1 of the method that "she more than any other individual must take credit for what we hope will become an industry standard".
Provided consultancy both internally within Logica and externally to clients on the effective use of development methods and tools, e.g. SSADM, OO techniques and agile development.
Was Logicas leading Rapid Application Development consultant and represented Logica on the Euromethod project.
As an SSADM specialist, worked in a three-person team to develop SSADM 4.3 which added GUI design, prototyping and a more user-centred approach to SSADM. Major contributor to the two HMSO books: SSADM and GEMINI (a KBS method) and SSADM and GUI Guide.
