Coaching and consulting in organizations, as in "organizational development" (OD). Strong background and passion for systems thinking, sustainable futures, collaborative and non-hierarchical team-based learning and performance. Process consulting has me guiding you and your team through the difficult process of change; the learning stays where it belongs, in the client organization, resulting in increased team capacity.
