We focus exclusively in the software engineering (computer science) industry and have been doing so for the past 10 years, never once digressing from the Boston Software market.
Being a Co-Founder and full-time Recruiter for Bivium, recruiting highly talented computer software professionals and constantly networking with hiring managers/software entrepreneurs is far from just a job, it is my absolute livelihood 110% - zero company politics to deal with, no mandatory meetings to attend, just good old fashioned networking and grass roots recruiting around the clock.
It is simply not possible to thrive as a contingency recruiter without consistently delivering superior results. After 10 years I still positively love what I do and have never done it better!
