I previously worked for JvH Gaming who are a dutch based company. They had a UK based 'Lab' which specializes in self contained advanced aspects of the industry, a kind of practical 'think tank'.

My particular role was that of senior software engineer. Day to day I worked as a consultant to the rest of the company on various issues and best practices whist producing products of my own, mostly new and ground-breaking, seldom straight-forward.

I was responsible for many of JvH's platform enhancements including the visual reboot of the Master Games line of machines and the underlying technology on which they are based.

I initially joined Electrocoin during my final year at university in Bradford. With the office being in Bath some 250 miles away it led to an interesting year but I managed to complete my degree course and also work full time.

At Electrocoin we were involved with reel based gambling machines for the UK, but mostly for the more dominant eastern European market. I spent 6 years developing new games and concepts that were successful across many countries. Nearly all of the most successful products that Electrocoin have produced in recent times I have had the pleasure to work on.
