I am a support engineer for Solsis based in Bracknell. During my career I have worked in wide variety of technical support environments from one man companies to large international companies. In my spare time I am a non executive director for The Hyelm Group. As a member of the board I advise the company on IT and communication systems as well as being directly involved in shaping the future direction of the organisation.
I have extensive experience supporting and using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows 2000 & 2003 Server (including Small Business Server), Microsoft Exchange 2000 and 2003 Server, BlackBerry Enterprise Server, Windows 2000, XP, Windows Vista, and Mac OS X.
I have also worked with Windows Server 2008, Microsoft Exchange 2007, Max OS X Server and Lotus Domino.
