New media professional with extensive experience in web monetization, semantic web applications and web development and usability.
I am currently pursuing a graduate degree in computer science with an emphasis in digital social systems. My research emphasis is in the design, building, and evaluation of socio-technical systems tying together technology with communication, collaboration, and other social processes. This includes integrated research in human computer interaction, computational linguistics, interactive systems design, cooperative work, collaborative learning, educational technology, tools that support creativity, collaborative authoring, and gaming.

As a classicist, my emphasis of study was Latin language and literature including such classical authors as Livy, Cicero, Tacitus, Suetonius, Horace, Catullus and Ovid. My emphasis also included Roman history, archeology, art and architecture. I also dabbled in literature of late antiquity, reading Augustine of HIppo, Jerome, and Tertullian.
